We process and ship your orders from our Berlin studio within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Return of Goods
We hope you are pleased with your purchases from Nuubou. However, if you are not fully satisfied with a product or are considering a return, we would like to guide you through the necessary steps and conditions.
Before initiating a return, we kindly ask that you first contact us via email. Please send your request to max-krieger@mail.de, allowing us to better understand your situation and provide appropriate instructions.
Our return period is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including its original packaging.
Please note that, in accordance with our return policy, the cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the buyer. In the case of faulty goods, we will review the situation to find a suitable solution. If a refund is necessary and payment has already been made, we will promptly refund the corresponding amount.

1. Trim the wick to approximately 0.7 cm before each burn to ensure a clean and even flame.
2. Allow the wax to melt across the entire surface before extinguishing to avoid tunneling.
3. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
4. Keep away from drafts, children, and pets.
5. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time to preserve the candle’s longevity.
